Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not happy with your item, contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. I will refund the price of the item once I receive it in the same condition as it was sent out. I do not refund the cost of the shipping and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
I'm happy to accept exchanges but require the cost of the shipping to be paid by the customer.
Custom orders are made specifically for the individual. Because of this, custom orders cannot be resold in the shop. I put a lot of work into making sure each custom piece is made well and how I feel the individual would like it. That being said, I cannot accept returns on custom orders. If I am at fault or have made it differently than what you requested, I will accept the return and/or exchange.
